Last Unit: Sokoban / Privacy policy

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Last Unit: Sokoban (“the Game”) is developed by Rainty Square IT Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play the Game or contact us about it.

1. Information Handled by the Game

The Game needs no account. The current version does not collect or send personal information to us through gameplay.

It has no advertising, third-party analytics, or automatic crash reporting, and does not access your contacts, location, camera, or microphone.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

To restore your progress and settings, the Game saves this on your device:

  • Completed levels and best move counts, which determine progression and unlocks.
  • Music, sound-effect, and vibration preferences.

None of this is uploaded to us, and the Game has no cloud save. The game engine may also create local diagnostic logs about how the Game runs; they are not sent to us automatically.

3. Information You Choose to Send Us

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include, such as your message, screenshots, or diagnostic details. We use it to respond and investigate problems, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information you do not need to share.

Our email provider processes these messages to deliver and store them.

4. Advertising, Tracking, and Sharing

The current version of the Game uses no advertising identifiers, tracking cookies, or analytics tools to monitor your gameplay. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Information you send us may be handled by service providers supporting that communication, or disclosed where required by law.

5. External Links and Platform Services

The Game’s credits link to our website and external websites. These open in your browser, and the Game does not send your saved progress or settings with them.

Once you visit a website, its own privacy practices apply. This policy does not cover our website, external websites, app stores, or operating-system providers. Your device or platform may also handle backups, diagnostics, or other information under its own settings and policies.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local progress, preferences, and diagnostic logs stay on your device until you, the Game, or your operating system remove them. You can delete them through your device’s app-data controls or by deleting the Game’s local data files. Uninstalling may also remove them, depending on your platform, and backups may remain under your device or platform’s backup settings.

Deleting saved progress may permanently erase completed-level records and best move counts, and we cannot restore local records we never received.

If you contact us, we keep the correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request and meet legal obligations.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Game’s current gameplay features do not collect personal information from players, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information in a support message, please contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, restrict or object to its processing, or complain to a data protection authority.

To make a request about information you sent us, email the address below. We cannot access progress or settings stored only on your device.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the Game or our practices change, and will revise the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will give additional notice of significant changes.
